Standard registration fee is EUR 400. The first 30 students/PhD students can enroll at a discounted fee of EUR 300.

Social dinner is not included in the registration fee.

Once your enrollment is received, we will send you an email containing all information regarding our Social Dinner which will take place on 27/09/2022.  

We kindly ask you to book your place promptly and to inform us about any food allergies or intolerance you may have.

Participation to social dinner is optional, price and methods of payment will be communicated to the attendees via e-mail by the end of July 2022.

IMPORTANT – MOTOR IMPAIRMENTS AND OTHER FORMS OF DISABILITY: all areas made available for the PIVAC-22 meeting are easily accessible to people with motor impairments.However, to be better prepared for the needs of whoever suffers from motor or other forms of disability, we kindly ask you to report any special need by sending an e-mail together with your enrollment at info@pivac22.it.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: bank transfer, credit card, paypal or satispay. Registration and payment will be managed by IKOS S.R.L., Via Legnano 26, Torino, Italy. Upon clicking on “Register now” button, you will be redirected to IKOS S.R.L. website.

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that only written cancellations addressed to PIVAC-22 Conference Secretariat via e-mail at info@pivac22.it can be accepted.
The following rules apply:

• Until July 15, 2022: 50% refund
• After July 15, 2022: no refund

REPLACEMENTS: Any replacement (i.e., change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a EUR 50 charge per participant. The only exception is represented by the sudden impossibility of a participant to attend the meeting due to quarantine or fiduciary isolation provisions by the health authorities. In this case, the registered participant can provide proof of their status and consequent impossibility to attend the meeting at info@pivac22.it and change the delegate name for free until September 23, 2022.
